I do enjoy all the detectivesque stuff we do for the boys... They are so vague and secretive when they want! Also their management sometimes too... *sigh* But I do wish we could get more confirmation...

So, Ohno finally admitted he was in London and Paris with J. I still don't understand why J didn't mention he was with Riida in his Enjoy... but knowing J I bet it was because it's not for him to say... Now, I wonder if he did say that he went with Riida and Aiba to NY... Will have to track down that entry of Enjoy :S

Anyway, Riida was pretty careful about what he said which has led to a long discussion about what he did in both cities around twitter XDD

So they went to a concert. I guess that was in Paris. Although I've been trying to search for concerts that were held in Paris during the supposed days they went there... the only one that matches, if the dates are right, it's the Beyonce concert, as her concerts in Paris were on 24 and 25 April.

He says it was 2 nights in Paris and 2 nights in London.

Riida says that both went to the Louvre but I inferred from Jun's Enjoy that he was by himself in London, to check Big Ben and Westminster... :/

And for what Riida says about him having to stay at the hotel, i guess that was the time when J went shopping (as fans' reports said)?

But it seems Ohno did have time to go with or without J to get some t-shirts for the members... If he went to the Beatles shop as he said, I want to cry! that is not far from my house!

Some fans think that while in London they should have checked the David Bowie exhibition being held at the V&A museum... They could, honestly, but I am sorry for the poor guy/woman who had to get the tickets for them... It's pretty sold out for pre-order/online tickets :S I haven't been able to go myself yet! *cries*

I wonder what that deadline and secretive stuff that had to be done at the hotel was... Oh I need to know!!!

This rumor, so far, is confirmed as RUMOR... It seems the person who spread it apologized ¬¬

Now, it also seems that there is this rumor going around that Aiba is the one starring in the 24h tv drama... Not confirmed just yet... but if the rumors are true... I don't really know what to think. Part of me is happy because I am happy that Aiba gets more drama roles and the title I have seen around it's just too sweet and fits Aiba nicely... BUT, and it's a big but, if the rumors are true and it deals with lung illness, I don't really like it.

Maybe I am weird but I don't like when dramas link to things that happen in reality (Aiba and his lungs) so for me that is a bit tasteless, for a lack of another word...

Also, if rumors are right and O-chan is his doctor. Honestly, isn't that a consolation price for Riida?! I mean if I were a Ohno ichibaner I would be furious! Apart from the fact that I love Ohno's acting, but I doctor is not the first thing that comes to mind when I think about next Riida's acting job :S

Some said something was mentioned at Miyaneya today but I haven't been able to find it so far (still checking)...

And for what I can tell, those I follow around wb who are Aiba fans haven't said a word, so I tend to think that it is a rumor until I get confirmation of it...

1. Do any of you buy regularly at amazon.jp? I always stop myself from do it so because I've been told that shipping fees are high... I want to buy some books... probably is not wise right? Any advice...? (No, not all the books are available at CDJ or YA).

2. I keep looking for info about Jun's asymmetrical jeans from BW tour. The only ones I find are from Vivienne Westwood (when I look for asymmetrical)... I really want some info :S *desperate here* HELP PLEASE? do you know how can I look for it in Japanese/Chinese/Korean? just in case I get luckier looking for the jeans that way...

3. Have you seen Kat-tun's Junno's solo - Flash pv? In my opinion he is the cutest in Kat-tun... I love the pv. It's simple but it's a dance number and I love this kind of pv :D Actually, I enjoyed Kame's cameo... and also made me wonder about fics with this pair :P Any rec?

4. Have you read today's Ohno's Discovery translation? It isn't that special but it made me smile that he mentioned the artists he knows and meets... and how he is still doing figurines (don't really like them, I prefer his drawings/paintings)... I keep thinking he is preparing an art exhibition. Am I the only one? And if you think the same way... Do you dare to venture a date for it? ;) (credit for the translation to twosen)

because again, I saw it raw and I must confess that I got a bit less out of the conversations... but OMG! is this drama chilling or what?

Disjointed thoughts below (sorry about that)... some spoilers maybe but not really that much...

Yoshimoto is such a sinister character... You can even say he is evil, but you can't be sure because when he is all smiles or when he explains things as they are the most usual thing to say, you are prone to believe him... Those comparing Yoshimoto and Naruse may be right...

Anyway, I must confess that what it's taking me the hardest is watching how the younger kid suffers because of Yoshimoto's plottings... That passive-aggressiveness is plain cruel... which makes me even more worried about the little kid... Because we don't know why Yoshimoto keeps applying a policy of carrot and stick (found this saying trying to find the English version to one we got in Spain and that goes perfectly in this case) with him all the time. It is hard to admit that the birthday party thing has some ulterior teaching apart from making him realize that he can't trust his classmates once again and that he is alone! And if there was no teaching behind and just plain use of such a date to get his parents to confront each other... As I say: cruel!

The worst part of that is that at the end he is all 'I'm your buddy' but the roughness in Yoshimoto's treatment of the kid is just scary (kudos to Sho for his great job again!) Doesn't also look like he wants to get the kid on his side, whatever that means? *confused*

And, of course, at this point we don't know what Yoshimoto's whole plan is... we don't know if there is one to begin with... We don't know if he is just some crazy guy with a pathological need to destroy families (while he offers himself to save them) because that is what happened to him or something. Because we do know or can guess that he had some awful events in his past but still too mysterious... It's good, though... the pacing of this drama is really really good!!

I can't leave out of this post his dealings with Shinichi... It's a bit of a mastermind games, isn't it? Shinichi cleverness against Yoshimoto's savvy-ness... I wonder what big trap Yoshimoto has in mind for the older kid... Again, scary! I got the impression that the lady saying she was the Yoshimoto brothers' mom is not that and was hired by Yoshimoto... Is that even his real name? I wonder...

The beginning of the episode is so creepy! Sho singing that song and driving (at night!) the kid somewhere... I wouldn't have got in that car, seriously!

And the video for the birthday kid with the pieces of phone conversation included... Okay it made the mother to just leave out all she had inside but afterwards... Don't they wonder about the video itself? Wouldn't they assumed it was their oldest son's doings? Don't they wonder who is responsible of that? I know it's a drama, but I keep thinking about it (I know it a Japanese drama not a US/UK show... :P my bad)

And the very last part? the webside Shinichi finds? I wonder if it's a real thing, which is again, really scary, or if it's part of Yoshimoto's plan to ruin/teach the kid...

If it's the first option... the 'watashi no kazoku wa Yoshimoto Koya ni korosareta' (my family was killed by Yoshimoto...' doesn't give you a shiver down your spine? :S

Maybe I am the only one because I tend to make weird connections but doesn't Yoshimoto look to you like a quite derailed Mary Poppins? :S

PS I am disappointed with the ratings... I am trying to stop myself being bothered by the fact... >.

With plenty of SPOILERS (read at your own risk)....

I must confess that I didn't put so much attention to episode 1 so I may have missed some tiny info here and there (to the added fact that I watched it raw). I've watched episode 2, also raw, but I think I got the main things happening there...

Mess of a post, I am warning you!!

First thing I have to say is that as a mom it wasn't a nice watch. My son goes to primary school and the simple idea of something even remotely similar of what Shigeyuki had to face at school during the episode could happen to my child, just froze my blood... I know what some people may think/say: Japan is different. Okay, it may be different about how they (school/parents) deal with it -due to that tendency they have of 'if we don't talk about it, it didn't happen/doesn't exist' that really gets on my nerves-, but let me tell you it happens everywhere.

What really got me mad is the passiveness of that family, really! I want to hit them all, starting with the dad... What a dysfunctional group of people! I know, there wouldn't be a drama without them but the dynamics within that family just makes me want to cry out in desperation... and if to that we add the creepiness that is Sho's character... well we got the perfect combination to make me keep watching just to know if something gets fixed and how.

It pained me to see how the kid got bullied and nobody really cared about it. It hurt to see the lack of communication within the family, how they act like they are guests at a hotel where the mom cooks for everybody and everybody leaves to keep on with their lives. I really felt sorry for the mom when she tried to make the dad talk to his youngest son and he decides to go to work and she is left to be the one doing the task and she also avoids doing (!!)

I am not saying only the adults are to blame, the kid himself keeps it all to inside so they can't help him. Yoshimoto is the one helping him in that unorthodox way of him (allowing the kid being hit and all more than I wanted to watch). I know Yoshimoto's intention is to make each of them realize that they have to do something (he manages when the kids are with the stunt gun!!! and for once the older brother reacts and goes to his brother -finally some reaction from the almighty perfect son that I thanked-) but still... takes them long enough...

The final chat and the reaction of the classmates was hard to watch too because really, it looked so real, so like it can happen to any kid... that scared me a lot.

I feel terrible for the mom. She is so passive/silent about everything but she is hurting so much inside. The scene when she sees the lipstick on her husband's shirt and almost gags herself so nobody can listen to her cries was painful but really good. Poor woman.

But, Yoshimoto was brilliant, although I am not that hard-hearted (or maybe simulates he is). He has some guts yes, but well, he disturbs me big time, which, actually it's good. I totally forget he is Arashi's Sakurai Sho (or almost).

Must confess that if I got near a guy like that I would run for my life XDD... I mean, the weird walking, the stalker behaviour, the 'ghost seeing/memories assaulting him' that make him look like he's going to have an asthma or heart attack (very well acted, btw), the sauna sharing + talks and above all, the morning exercising! (has Sho watched himself doing that at the drama? I wonder... :P) All makes a complex and brilliant character but sometimes uncomfortable to watch in a good way, at least for me. I can't stop watching him doing what he does... even with that crazy looking smile plastered on his face...

But we also get moments where he looks sooooo good:







And now we got a cliffhanger... who is Yoshimoto Koya?

Btw, the ratings went up, which made me extremely happy! ^^ how many dramas go up in the second episode?

Oh, btw, I'm a fan of the drama, definitely!! (in case it doesn't come across from this post :S)

I have dl-ed several apps but I am not sure which one is easier or do not do stuff like 'possibly reading your passwords' or that stuff.

 

Any recommendation? Which one do you use?

Arghhh too hot for my eyes: Jun is seating next to Takuya and both commenting, since the Perfume girls mentioned Arashi and their dancing of Chocolate Disco... All of the SMAP and Arashi were moving their shoulders like in that song XD Jun was smiling so widely with that leather black jacket and clothes ♥‿♥

I am a mess explaining...

The order of going down the stairs: SMAP/ARASHI/Perfume/AKB48... so as the AKB are so many, SMAP was at the right side of Tamori, followed by Arashi and the girls at the side of the girl MC...

When they played Perfurme VTR they put a tiny window where Aiba was for a sec like singing the song or at least smiling at it (KH quality I am watching, mind you!)
So Arashi is seated next to SMAP again: from left: Ohno, Sho, Aiba, Nino (or viceversa) and Jun, followed by Kimura and the rest of SMAP... Again Jun is looking so hot! and Kimura well... not short in the hotness department...

After the first song Perfume are singing Chocolate Disco... They are so cute, these girls!!!!! I think the people lucky enough to be there had so much fun!!!

Now SMAP is seated at front... Their VTR playing.

So now SMAP is talking and the AKB girls comment on it... If we are talking alliances here, AKB+SMAP and Perfume+Arashi, I like it that way XD

Btw, I have seen some pics of the minisite and OMG weren't all cute!!! SMAP was laughing at something Nino said, and Jun next to the Perfume girls, one of them looking at him with awe... or similar XD

SMAP looks neat in those black/red suits, imo. Shingo rapping is not the same as Sho, but Shingo is hot when he does that...

I like Battery, I like Kimura solo part...

And right after Mistake! more dancing here, so I guess that Arashi will start with Calling if they have to sing both songs one after the other...

Kimura's part at the beginning of Mistake! SO. HOT.

I wish KH didn't cut the sound, I can't really appreciate the singing... Ohhh it's going to freeze any moment... :S

And Nakai's part is way better than I thought...

So AKB now, means Arashi closing the thing... It is going so fast, the show! :S

I missed why Goro was sitting with the AKB girls, but while the girls got on stand by, Nakai asked Ohno something and he said 'no, something' and Nakai rushed for him like in Utaban times!!!! <3<3<3<3<3 Priceless!!!! Gimme more moments like that!!!!

So they are having a bit of talk which brings to more AKB and SMAP and Perfume and SMAP interaction... Arashi at this point looks a bit tense, like I want to perform already and be done with it! XD

Nino with his short hair and KH crashed when SMAP and Arashi came back to their Utaban selves!!! ;__; and Shingo hugged Ohno with one arm... I thought Shingo was going to be silly and kiss Riida... Too bad my imagination got too excited there XD

Switched to twitter during the performance. Briefly: AMAZING!!! Jun flirting with the camera that much it hurt! Sho looking so hot with that hair! Nino also being all sexy... During Calling, Aiba looked so hot...

But those backdancers :S Anyway, both performance were so good!!! And there was a lot of Jun's close ups or it's my imagination!!! XD

KH froze close to the end of Calling so I missed things... and the sound was so awful that I couldn't really appreciate the songs... Need to watch it properly asap.

Riida was on a roll with me today (eh, yesterday!) I loved him at VSA (Pinball Runner!) and I loved him with all the exercising stuff at HnA (as Nino stated that he wouldn't be trying them ¬¬)

Besides, I always admire flexibility (even more on men):

... I am watching vsa and right before Koro koro viking Jun asked Aiba if he and one of his co-actors (the one that was with Ohno in that I won't steal anymore SP drama) met and had lunch together. Aiba started explaining something about meeting the three of them (or trying) but at the end the actor mentioned how Aiba likes gin tonics XDDD... Did I get that right? For how flustered Aiba was I think he definitely meant Aiba (and not Ohno)... I may sound a bit prude... but at least in my country it doesn't look nice that you mention the drinking likings of a famous person (idol) on national tv XDD

Haven't watched VSA properly, will do now... but just after watching the pics from weibo I can do so flailing...


because Jun looks just too cute with his new hair cut and he did awesome in Pinball runner... and he was so handsome and ashdfalkshdfkashfkashfdlkasdhflaksdhf, yes! He did!

And they were cute at the beginning with no Aiba (based on caps, haven't seen it!) and Aiba was just to cute in some moments like in the bowling part

And Sho looks really idol-less due to this normal-looking eyebrows but he looks just too cute and too hug-able and have such a need to go and pat him...

And I don't know how I feel about also sharing b-day with that girl from Last Hope and Yama Taro... Truth be told, I liked her in Yama Taro, more or less and she seems fine sometimes, but some others... :S She goes into that category of Japanese actresses that I feel a bit blah about (i.e. Horikita Maki)


Also... I am so deeply in love with Tokei Jikake no Umbrella choreo... To talk about Arafes sounds like old news but for me, apart from, Happiness and Shake it!, Gimmick Game, Love Situation and Face Down performance, my absolutely favorite parts are (of course) DJxMJ + La Tormenta + Tokei! Maybe it is every single second of the DJxMJ -Masaki.com and Magical Song are just <3<3<3<3<3-, maybe it's related to those hot outfits (especially Jun's), maybe is the sakumoto moment at the beginning of La Tormenta, or maybe how hot and focused they look during the Tokei dance. And knowing Ohno's created it... make my heart doki doki (I can't recall Superfresh's too well, but although I liked that one too, I prefer Tokei's more!

Btw, which other choreos did Ohno create? I know I read it somewhere but didn't keep the link or write them down *headdesk*

Oh! and Breathless confirmed as Platina Data's theme! I am so curious about it!! When will we get a sneak preview of it? or of Calling's PV? I am not picky! But, NOW!!! *waiting impatiently*

I tend to repeat myself, yep, I'm like that. It isn't like I don't remember what I talk about but more than I get ideas fixed in my head and I can't shake them...

So yes, I am still sakumoto fic deprived. I've been re-reading fics I love and enjoyed a lot... I've been reading fics I somehow missed reading... I've been reading fics with plots that I may not read in other situation... I've been reading my own unfinished fics and notes... Inspiration to finish something eludes me lately...

As I said, I've been re-reading fics. Today I read some of astrangerenters because you know how awesome her sakumoto is!

I was doing the dishes (some stuff can't go into the dishwasher u.u') and I was thinking about these three slighly crazy sakumoto prompts and I thought I am going to post them openly so maybe somebody is inspired enough to write them...

The boys as janitors. The image I got in my head is Jun and Sho with overalls, like Ohno in Saigo no Yakusoku... (also I saw the pics of Jun with rubber gloves from the Waku Waku...). I imagined Jun with one of these black rimmed glasses that suits him so well. They don't actually have to be janitors... maybe they have a secret identity...

Jun is in love with the sexy manly voice in English he listens to and assist him when he calls phone assistance/customer service/English lesson online?... for whatever you can come up with (inspired by the teaser of next week's Himitsu, what can I say?

Snowhite retold ('Snowhite and the Huntsman' version of the likes -that I watched on Wednesday, not the Disney one, please!). Jun is the male version of her -don't really enjoy change of sex fics- Sho can be whoever you want but there has to be sakumoto and has a happy ending for them, that's all I ask (please don't make Sho a dwarf, please!)

*small voice* if you want to make any of this matsumiya I am fine with it, although I am craving sakumoto like crazy!

...but it got me thinking about the upcoming 24 hours terebi and the possible drama and I decided to make this little poll (just 1 question!)

I get the impression that the boys want to make a 24h terebi about the Earthquake and how affected people or how they are recovering from it, so maybe a drama as usual is not the case... maybe a docu-drama like the one Sho made about Kobe's, or not drama at all (as I put up there as last option)...

Well, I'd love to read other people's opinion, so if you could elaborate in the comments section would be amazing! ^^
