LJ's new look (I'm in version 2 already!)  
Just something quick ;)
As you can see new look for my LJ! I loved the previous design but I needed a change of colors and wanted something brighter and stronger ;)
I love that Las Vegas episode placed in the 60s titled 'Everything old is you again', Danny and Mary look so cute there!! and I've decided to use images from it for the header.
I like the result for now... when I get tired I may change it again ;) I also like the colors I have chosen. You may notice in the comments section that part of the letters being white can't be read very well. Sorry about that, but I like how the text in white looks. Hope you don't mind.

I love the new banner, and the color combination of your new layout is pretty cool, the only thing I'd change is the color of the "entries...user info" texts because I can't read them well, the dark green against the dark read make those texts a bit illegible. :(

I know! It's the only annoying thing but if I change it, it will affect the other links in dark green and will change them also to the color I choose... and I haven't found one that is good for all the sections!! I tried dark gray too but it happened the same and if I choose a clear color I'll have problem with the clear window where my user pic is... sigh... is a little bad thing for now :S

I see... You could try a slightly lighter green in the same hue until it gets more readable, like #179B81 or #339966. Just a thought :D Anywaym I love the burgundy/green combo!!!

BTW, today I saw the first episode of Life on Mars and I already love it!!! I have the following four episodes and I hope I'll watch them tomorrow!! Wheeeee!

I knew it!!! Great!! *squee* Isn't Sam huggable!! and Gene is so rude sometimes that I adore him for that!!! They both are fantastic!!

I still haven't seen the next three I have... I have classes tomorrow and today with the icon making and the change of the LJ look... I haven't had the chance!!!

Sam is huggable indeed, I love his accent ^^, I'm definitely going to add him to my "guys I want for my b-day" list rofl ... I love the clash of ways of thinking between Sam and Gene, and the serial killer inverstigations are really interesting... and the policewoman seems really sweet. I'm totally going to buy this series as soon as it gets dvd release!!!

I really like the style and look of that episode and I imagined it would look great to use captures from it as the new header!

It's beautiful but then your stuff always looks nice! I keep mine the same because when I first changed layouts, I broke my LJ :D I'm not going to do it again. I am strictly textual and pale grey :D

I got tired of the previous look the LJ had.

Actually, I just left the code [livejournal.com profile] winterspel gave me and changed the things I had to following her instructions. It's true I made the header and chose the colors... but those are the only things that I can get credit for... the code thing, it's hers!

I wouldn't have dared to change the layout or look without having that code, honestly ;)
