I've just finished watching the episode and my first thought was 'Da** WTH!!!' Now I've calmed down a little and I think I can elaborate properly.
This is getting better and better although I wasn't expecting a mini sub-plot about this copy-cat guy. Although I'm still at the edge of my seat watching Joker, I kind of hope it gets solved in the next episode so we can keep on with the main plot.
Kudos to: Kudo slapping Date's as* (I wonder if it was in the script); Date photocopying his face; and, Asuka's face because she didn't get an ice-cream.
* I still don't know if I'm happy with this detour from the main plot. It's interesting and as much as nail-bitting and the rest of things going on but we're in episode 7 and I really want this drama to close properly with everything perfectly knotted and clarified (and, if possible, with more Kudo/Date bonding or/and Kudo/Asuka kissing or hugging).
* The blood at the end of the episode after the fade to black moment it's from that crazy guy's older brother (me thinks). He's so dillusional that wants all the focus on him (reminds me a little of the movie 15 minutes, don't really know why because it's not exactly the same concept)
* Poor Kudo, hit on the head! *ginger gives a little comfort hug ;)*
* So boss did it? He did kill Asuka's brother? Well, I'm a bit confussed about this point (what the writers want I suppose). If he did kill him was because Asuka's brother was a bad guy? If he did do it, he's said he did it because he does know who did it and is protecting him/her...
*Anyway, I'm dying to know all boss knows. Please tell us!!
* So agent-turned-journalist and Date were a couple... If they mentioned it before I missed it but I think that was kind of obvious. Would love to know more, though, I'm nosy like that ;)
* Reeeeally curious about what crazy-agent-looking-for-fame and Kudo were talking about in one of the scenes for next episode...
* not to mention what happens right before the moment where bar-owner is holding bleeding Date. I'm pretty sure that scene won't be from the beginning of the episode, though.
* What does crazy-agent-looking-for-fame want from Date? Why didn't he kill him right there on the spot after killing his bro?
* There is a scene from Date and bar-owner's past where Date is pointing a gun to some other guy... is that about how Date and bar-owner started this or is about Asuka's brother's killing or both??
* What does the paper Asuka has found says?
* Is Tuesday already?
* I'm developing a thing against Oshinari Shugo because he keeps appearing in my jdrama watching and the characters he plays get on my nerves (Orthros no inu, Hana Yori Dango and now Joker) and he even dares to appear in the ones I like the most, like to ruin them a little for me!! *menacing fist to him: go away!* His crazy stare gives me the creeps.
