I wasn't going to post these until I had made more but I'm in one of those 'I don't care' moods, so although at first I wanted to add more to this group, and, at the same time wasn't totally convince with the result, here they are.
I warn you that there are a lot of icons from the same pic but with different effects.

I must say that the base/texture for that one is by gender, although she is already credited at my user info.
