Sorry for butting in, found this in google blog.. and I find the discussion really interesting. LOLS!

Jstorm is Arashi's pride and joy. Sho and Nino is given a lot of freedom in their music. Actually those two makes music in private but they don't release it. I guess it's just for fun for them or maybe they do have some plans in the future with it. Sometimes, they do give us some taste of it in their radio shows though. Sho no longer does though because he doesn't have a radio show anymore.

By the way, they are in touch with fellow music composers or producers. They are much younger and probably not as well known but they have work with Arashi for quite some time. I believe they were the ones who really crafted Arashi's style. Sho has even called them their mentors. HYDRANT comes in mind when I think about it.

Also, if Smap and Tokio can still work even when they are in their 40's- I can see Arashi doing the same. Arashi's strongest strength is that they work together to create Arashi. They don't try to uphand another member. They're just really well-balance and you can genuinely feel that they enjoy being with each other.

And Arashi is unique too. They brought a lot of new things into Johnnys. First Asian tour. First newscaster. First member who graduated from college. First Hollywood film. First art exhibition. Moving stage innovation that everyone uses nowadays. I feel like they've proven themselves because they honestly did WORK their way up to the top these last few years.

Also, the internet has helped Arashi gain more fans internationally. I'm pretty sure Arashi has one of the largest fanbases outside of Japan in Johnny's.

What the Jimusho should be worrying about are the younger Johnny's acts because they seem to have a lot to learn like NewS and KT. I dunno but I'm worried about them. I feel like NewS is in danger of disbanding one day in favor of Yamapi's career.

Most of the groups that debuted before Arashi are unified and solid while I feel the younger acts are more volatile and more vulnerable. Not to mention, there are even more competition nowadays and it's harder to set yourselves apart from their seniors. I actually kinda fear for the Jimusho's future. But then again, they do have the uncanny ability to always struck gold. We can only wait, I guess.
