I agree with you that SMAP will keep working in the years to come. I'm sure of that. I just hope Arashi will be able to do that because I really like them.

Yes, it's possible being both SMAP and Arashi fan because I'm one too. Though some Arashi fans may think I'm a hater because I criticized Arashi (actually Julie) and I don't like some of the hardcore Arashi fans :P

I kind of don't understand hardcore fans either. I'm also of the opinion that they aren't perfect so if they do something bad we shouldn't be happy about it or defend what can't be defended :S
