You don't need a kdrama when you have korean mvs part 2: I WILL & LOVERS
Here you have another massive picspam from the other two Zhang LiYin MVs starring the same trio from Timeless.
I don't know which one is the saddest, honestly. Hangeng is the sweetest thing, and Siwon makes the hurting guy too well...
It's curious that in both of them Hangeng's character dies and Siwon's character gets a bandage around his well-worked-out torso *grin*
He has always secretly loved her from afar...
I WILL
Since kids they were best friends. A girl and two boys.
One day Siwon wants to pick a necklace for her and askes for Hangeng's opinion.
At the end they don't agree and SW offer her both of the necklaces...
... so the one she chooses means also which of the two boys she likes.
SW grins because she chooses his necklace.
They taking part in a traditional Chinese play. HG and the girl play lovers and SW is the bad guy. In other to get the girl HG has to kill the bad guy. They in rehearsals.
What he wants in reality he gets in the play... a brief moment of dreams come true.
During the real play something goes wrong when HG kills SW's bad guy and SW gets truly injured (a guy with something againts SW change the blade of HG's weapon).
HG and the girl doesn't know what has happened yet.
HG doesn't know how that happened and he's worried about his friend...
... SW can't believe his friend injured him (I like to think he is also wondering if HG did that to get the girl).
HG's shocked and the girl has to drag him out of the place so he doesn't end in jail.
end of part 1.
LOVERS
HG and the girl have to run away...
... but he doesn't have the strenght.
He ends ill and the girl takes care of him.
She has feelings for him (she keeps a drawing he made of her when she was a little girl) and has to keep him safe.
When he gets well they share a 'normal' life in hiding.
He tries to show her that he's fine...
she is worried...
and he tries to erase her worries... he doesn't want to see her sad
meanwhile, SW is recovering from his injury
when he awakes he tries to find clues that allow him to find the reason HG did that to him.
However the look in HG's eyes, the pain and confussion...
He has to find them to get some answers
He needs to find them. He doesn't know he's being followed by the real bad guy.
HG thinks it's not fair to her to be with him. He feels too guilty for getting her in all this
and can't help feeling worse when he looks at her.
he tries to make her eat something and cheer her up
that's when SW finds them.
SW is hurt, he trusted his friend
HG doesn't have the right answer for SW yet. He just feels terrible for what happened and he knows it wasn't his fault.
SW wants to fight but HG doesn't defend himself
HG looks like he doesn't want to fight back but can't offer the right explanation to his friend
when HG sees the bad guy he knows what he has to do
to save his friend's life... His isn't that important anyway...
SW doesn't understand... but his friend just saved his life.
he fights the guy that has hurt his friend
she cries because she is losing her love (my interpretation... I don't think she thinks of him as just a friend, she run away with him!!!)
SW is losing and the bad guy is going to kill him when...
a dying HG gets the gun and kills the bad guy.
SW surprised because he didn't expect to be saved twice.
Both cry over their fallen friend
they are not three anymore *cries*
Sorry for such a large picspam. I deleted a lot of pics I wanted to include. Hangeng is magnificent in this MV! In TIMELESS, although he played a cop and that's cool! he didn't have enough screen time. Here he has, and makes an incredible job. It doesn't mean I don't like Siwon here, because I do. That part is perfect for him too.
